    • Discontinue Vitamin C

    • Avoid harsh scrubs of exoliating acids

    • Stop benzoyl peroxide

    • Avoid waxing of treatment areas

    • Do not use self tanners or spray tans

    • Pause fish oil

    • Pause aspirin, ibuprofen, vitamin E

    • Hydrate

    • Arrive with a clean face

    • Remove contact lenses

    • Remove jewelry of treatment area

    • Hydrate

    • No heavy makeup or lotions

    • Use peptides for 48 hours

    • Use SPF

    • No tanning for at least a week

    • Use mild cleanser and lotions for one week

    • No retinoids, Vit C, exfoliation acids, or scrubs for 1 week
